Refund Policy for Shipping Delays

At Unable Apparel & Co., we understand that timely delivery is important to you. While we always strive to ship your orders as quickly as possible, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes lead to delays. This policy outlines your options if your shipment experiences a significant delay.


 

1. Eligibility for Refund due to Shipping Delays

 

You may be eligible for a refund if your order's estimated delivery time has been exceeded by 30 calendar days or more from the original estimated delivery date provided at the time of purchase. This policy applies to delays caused by the shipping carrier after the package has been dispatched from Unable Apparel & Co.'sfacilities.

Please note the following are not covered by this specific refund policy:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

  • Delays due to customs processing in your country (for international orders).

  • Delays caused by natural disasters, acts of war, or other events outside of the shipping carrier's and Unable Apparel & Co.'s control.

  • Orders where tracking information confirms delivery, but the customer claims non-receipt (in such cases, please refer to our general Refund Policy)


 

2. How to Request a Refund for Shipping Delay

 

If your shipment has been delayed by 30 or more days beyond the estimated delivery date, please follow these steps to request a refund:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to jmanchester2015@gmail.com with the subject line: "Refund Request - Shipping Delay - [Your Order Number]".

  2. Provide Details: In your email, please include:

    • Your full name and email address used for the order.

    • Your order number.

    • The date your order was placed.

    • The original estimated delivery date (if available).

    • Confirmation that the tracking information shows no movement or delivery beyond the 30-day delay threshold.


 

3. Refund Process

 

Upon receiving your refund request, Unable Apparel & Co. will:

  1. Verify Delay: We will verify the shipping delay by checking the tracking information provided by the carrier. This process may take up to 5 business days.

  2. Process Refund: If the delay is confirmed to exceed 30 days beyond the estimated delivery date, we will process a full refund for the purchase price of the items and any shipping costs you paid.

  3. Refund Notification: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.


 

4. What if the Package Arrives After a Refund is Issued?

 

In rare cases, a package may arrive after a refund has been issued due to a significant delay. If this occurs, we kindly request that you:

  • Notify Us: Contact us immediately at jmanchester2015@gmail.com to inform us that the package has arrived.

  • Return or Repurchase: You will have the option to either return the item to us (at our expense) or repurchase the item by contacting our customer service team.
